Reunion Dinner Dharma
Chinese New Year is one of the most anticipated festivals and many prepare for the celebration months in advance. More importantly, Chinese New Year is about meeting our family members and loved ones who may have grown distant over the course of the year. However, family or otherwise, gathering a group of people with myriad personalities can be a recipe for disaster!
There will always be that one uncle who’s too loud, or that sister-in-law who’s too sensitive, or even that cousin with a bad attitude. So, how do we keep the peace and kick off the lunar new year on the right foot?
In this Dharma talk, Pastor Khong Jean Ai will share simple and practical Buddhist-based tips on keeping the family closely knit despite seeming differences.
