内在宁静禅修营

一个协助21世纪忙碌的现代人跟四周环境和内在的自己从新连接起来的健康计划。

将自己置身在彭亨山林,在两天一夜的禅修里透过学习静修、冥想和坐禅,获得心灵上的平和,深化觉知能力,进而加强处理日常挑战的能力。越来越多研究证明冥想和禅修能协助有效对治情绪和生理上的疾病。这两天一夜的禅修营给参与者推介一系列治愈身心灵的冥想和禅修技巧和实践方法。这些冥想方法包括了坐禅、行禅、日出禅和鱼池静坐。参与者可以在结束禅修营后,将冥想和禅修技巧使用在日常生活中,协助提升美日的生活素质。

内在宁静禅修营 -为初学者特设

时间:

  • 登记:第1天,早上9时
  • 退房:第2天,下午4时

  • 克切拉禅修林都噶公寓

参与课程带来的好处:

课程活动经过特别设计,协助参与者在舒适的禅修环境里获达到以下目标:
1) 健康:
融入大自然能给我们带来许多好处:

  • 氧气中含有益身心的负离子
  • 接触绿色环境:参与者有机会直接接触大自然
  • 排毒:禅修能帮助情绪排毒。吸入新鲜空气,摄取平衡饮食能帮助身体内部的循环,进而加速排毒过程

2) 宁静与平和的心

健康的身体跟健康的心灵息息相关。许多医生认为,健康的情绪是获得健康的身体的核心所在。

我们的课程为培养觉知并从而获得其好处而特别设计。

  • 纾解压力和生起清晰的思路,清除凌乱的思维
  • 透过大自然资源来治愈我们的情绪
  • 思绪有条理
  • 控制和管理我的专注力-心识的训练能加强我的专注力和提高的效率,从而达到平衡的生活方式
  • 透过禅修时进行的省思培养正面积极的态度

城市生活步伐快速又竞争,趁此机会放松自己,放下杂物和杂念;从而专注在当下,活在当下。

第一天

9.00am – 9.30am: 登记与房间分配

9.30am – 10.15am: 迎新

10.15am – 10.45am: 基础冥想(一)

冥想有助提高我们思维的清晰度,参与者将在引导下进行冥想。

10.45am – 11.45am: 坐禅

坐禅有助加强身心的纪律。在节奏快速的社会,要安静下来是一项挑战。

因此,坐禅能重新调整身心的纪律,让我们的思维跟清晰,更有效率。

12.00pm – 1.00pm: 費登奎斯课程(一)

由来自卢森堡的合格导师教授。「费登奎斯」是关于「觉察」,认识你的身体,以及如何正确使用你的身体。在费登奎斯的理念中,疾病的发生是一种学习的契机。学习一些习以为常而忽略的东西,也学习在环境已经改变而不知变通的东西。进而使自己更有选择性,更加弹性。

1.00pm – 2.00pm: 午餐

我们提供有益身心的餐饮,也鼓励参与者用心享受食物,进而加强消化,并且重新发掘天然食物的美味和滋养。

2.00pm – 2.15pm: 阅读时间

自我学习时间,参与者可跟协调员分享本身的阅读心得。

2.15pm – 3.15pm:基础禅修(二)

继续学习冥想的好处,包括提升健康和改善与自己和他人的人际关系。学习行禅等方法。

3.15pm – 4.30pm: 鱼池

学习在谧静大自然环境里,聆听流水声等。

4.45pm – 5.45pm: 行禅(一)

行禅是跟自己连接的美好方式,参与者需要同时专注于行走和呼吸。在优美的自然环境里行禅的另一挑战是,不受四周美丽风景的打散注意力。活在当下是训练清晰的思维、锐利的感官的有效方法;让一个人即便在行动中、活动中都能保持锐利思维。这是一个非常适合21世纪忙碌的现代人的训练,同时也是必备的生活技巧。

6.00pm – 7.00pm: 透过艺术表达内心感受

此环节透过艺术来表达内在的感受、思维和反应等。绘画是很好当长期被忽略的解读自我心理状态的沟通方式。

7.00pm – 7.30pm: 休息

7.30pm – 8.30pm: 晚餐

我们准备的是中式晚餐。我们提供有益身心的餐饮,也鼓励参与者用心享受食物,进而加强消化,并且重新发掘天然食物的美味和滋养。

8.30pm – 9.30pm: 冥想 -慈爱

慈爱禅是学习生起慈悲的最有效方法之一。透过对生命和其他众生感恩,它能加强我们的生活质量。此环节将结了沉思禅修和奢摩他冥想两种技巧。

9.30pm: 结束

 

第二天

6.00am – 6.20am: 热饮

6.30am – 7.30am: 日出禅

一日之计在于晨,日出是一天内最宝贵的时光。在开始一天的忙碌前,先将自己沉浸在晨光里,获得晨曦赐予的能量。

参与者回到文殊山山坡/仁波切货柜箱前,感受晨曦带来的能量。

8.30am – 9.30am: 早餐

参与者前往度母道行禅。

8.30am – 9.30am: 早餐

早餐是能量和营养的来源-我们准备的是营养均衡的早餐。

9.30am – 10.30am: 草药与感官之发掘

嗅觉能触发我们过去的经验进而影响我们的心绪状态。吃环节目的在于利用草药的天然香气,协助参与者获得平静的心绪。

10.30am – 11.00am: 参观克切拉禅修林

11.00am – 11.30pm:休息

11.30pm – 1.00pm: 費登奎斯课程(二)

另一个费登奎斯柯称。在费登奎斯的理念中,疾病的发生是一种学习的契机。学习一些习以为常而忽略的东西,也学习在环境已经改变而不知变通的东西。进而使自己更有选择性,更加弹性。

在进行了禅修后,我们的身体和心灵都会处于较和谐及舒畅的状态。希望长期获得这样的平衡状态,我们需要进行长期的努力。

3.00pm – 4.00pm: 休息和退房

4.00pm: 课程结束
